The biggest highlight of this hotel is its location. It was within easy walking distance of shopping, sightseeing, plenty of dining options, and the train station, making it an excellent base for exploring the area. That convenience is the main reason I'm giving it 4 stars. The hotel itself is modern and well maintained. However, we didn't care for the room design. The shower and toilet were enclosed with frosted glass. While you couldn't actually see through it, it still felt like there was very little privacy, which made the layout uncomfortable for us. Housekeeping could also be improved. During our stay, the shower soap wasn't refilled after the room was cleaned, which was an inconvenience. Finally, I booked through Expedia and have status that included a hotel perk, but nothing was offered or acknowledged during our stay. Overall, the excellent location outweighed the negatives, but there are a few service and design issues that kept this from being a 5-star experience.

Em termos de hotel, os quartos são muito bons, com ar condicionado. O formato do banheiro é meio estranho e pode não ser conveniente em alguns casos pela falta de porta e por ser semi transparente. O café da manhã é excelente. O maior inconveniente é o estacionamento. O hotel tem convênio com um estacionamento próximo, mas que ficou bem inconveniente devido à chuva e ter que andar por volta de 200m até o hotel. Nem sempre tem espaço na frente do hotel para descarregar as malas.

Modernes und gut gelegenes Hotel in Dresden. Mir haben die Zimmer mit Glasdusche, getrenntem WC und dazwischen liegendem Waschbecken sehr gut gefallen. Sie waren funktional und sauber. Das Frühstück war super. Es gab sogar frisch zubereitete Speisen, die an der Küchenzeile bestellt werden konnten (zumindest Eierspeisen). Ich finde das neu renovierte Hotel super; man darf sich vom äußeren Anblick (Plattenbau-Optik) nicht täuschen lassen. Danke für den guten Service und den schönen Aufenthalt.
