We have stayed at this facility before and it seems to be going down hill.
Light bulbs in room not working or missing, ceiling in the room had paint/coating hanging down, toilet was clogged and they couldn't find a plunger (had to find a stick outside to clear it), the smell of pot was overwhelming at times, only 1 ice machine was working and second one was still broken since our last trip in March.
Carpet in room was dirty.
Pool has not been open since Covid.
Final straw was the used condom on the ground at the front door.
The area is sort of an enigma. It's an older area with lots of businesses nearby, but this block seems to have a fair number of homeless on and off. Some seem to hang out around the parking lot perimeter at times.
On the good side, the front desk lady who tried to help us, (Monica, I think) was very nice, friendly and tried to take care of us as best she could. Housekeeping staff seemed nice as well. Bed was comfortable and the TV worked well.
