Great spot in heart of grace bay
Great spot in the heart of grace bay. Mile walk to golf club and lots of other resorts. Would definitely go back! Loved the free drink when you arrive. Bar closes at 8 pm.?but lots of other areas to check out near by. If on a moderate budget, would stay here. Free breakfast was very good.

6/10 Good

Check in was horibble. Waited 1 hr to check in and we werent even doing an early check in. First front desk said tgey were cleaning the room, 15 mins i tried to check she couldnt contact the cleaning lady. They another 15 mins something was wrong with the room, then another 15 mins I kept checking in the front and still something wrong with the room. By this time they should have just given another room. Then the manager, said he doesnt want to give just any room, but after 1 hr of waiting, lots of travel I would take anything to accommodate us they just transfer us later. Front desk and manager did not even offer anything, an extra drink or atleast help with the bags for the inconvenience. I really wanted to like this place, it was close to everything but the pool was also dirty and cold. Breakfast was ok. But the staff was not friendly and did not care about the guests. They checking out, computer system was down. Just spend a little more else where. The manager himself said it is not a 5 star hotel but atleast have good staff to help the guests feel welcome. This place, aside from location is not worth booking.

6/10 Good

My favorite staff member is Wesley, who drives the golf cart and mans the beach stand. Super nice! Shoutout to Joseph and Bernard as well! The front desk staff are also friendly and efficient and someone was available at all times. There is also a security guard present, however it should be noted that anyone not staying at this resort can come and go as they please. There is a free breakfast, which is nice, but there are not a ton of options. So you would need to keep that in mind if you have food allergies / restrictions. I’ve been to this resort twice and generally they have strawberry yogurt, waffles, bread, jams, peanut butter, pastries, cereal. Sometimes they have eggs, breakfast beans. The fruit goes fast so you need to get there early for fruit. And even though breakfast is until 10am, they really start cleanup around 930. There is also a mini fridge where they keep any leftover yogurt, juices, milk that is accessible at all times. Hot water and teas are available all the time as well. No dairy-free milk. There are areas to separate trash and recycling, but they are not labeled. So you have to look into the bins to figure out which is which. As mentioned above, Wesley is on golf cart duty and will drive to/from the resort/beach. It’s a two minute drive. Very convenient. The property is in good condition. The rooms are excellent. There is a very small gym. I’ve never used it. Property also provides beach towels.

PLS - Ports of Call Resort
I stayed for x4 nights for a business trip - unfortunately there was no hot water in my room for X2 nights. You expect at least hot water if you have paid almost USD $300/ night. The beach was about 150 metres away from the hotel across the road.. nice beach though. The breakfast was very basic. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Thank you.

Look elsewhere
Pool was dirty. Our AC leaked and flooded floor and child slipped and fell. Upcharged us for the kids $90 (even though we didn't need anything for them since booked a room with two double beds) and then did not even provide enough towels for all of us. Walk to beach is through a smelly alley. The beach attendant was nice but that was the only good thing about this place.
