Comfortable accommodation close to amenities

The accommodation was in a great location. Walking distance to bars, restaurants and amenities. The towels from Hotel Collection and they were nice and fluffy. We had a comfortable sleep.

The only things we liked were it was close to the main restaurant district and ocean, and it had enough beds for a family of 5. What we didn’t like include it was difficult for our Uber driver to find although they did provide a map, there was no air conditioning, the living area was on the floor with all the beds, we couldn’t find the laundry detergent and bought our own to later find it, the host never replied to me via email until after I checked out asking if everything was okay. Several chairs were broken in the dining area. We will not stay there again if back in Lisbon.

Elsa and Rui are fabulous, respond quickly and provided wonderful info. Apartment was superb, very clean and spacious. We have enjoyed staying there and had absolutely no issue. Will come back here.
