The hotel was not as advertised. It was extremely run down. It had a very strange smell. I didn’t even feel comfortable taking off my shoes with the carpet. There were holes in the ceilings in the hallways. There was confrontation with customers when we walked in. The hotel was very run down!

Service, especially the shuttle service, was excellent. Cleanliness was to high standards. Room was exceedingly spacious. But the bed was not comfortable. The heating/cooling unit was so loud, it woke me several times. Noise from plane arrivals and departures was detrimental to falling to sleep.
