Although the room was all paid for we were still forced to pay additional fees and damages deposit. They have my cc on file so why run up my card even more before I even checked in. Room carpet stained and unclean. Bathroom very small for an upgraded room. Curtains blocked the a/c. Pool was small and full of children. Didn’t bother staying for the inclusive bfast. Took 4 days to get deposit reversed.

Save your money
Room was dirty, all along the walls were very dusty/dirty. Washcloth had blood on it ( fresh) dirty around the drain in sink ( looked like coffee stains). My wife starting looking for bedbugs, that bad. The sink was outside the bathroom and the toilet was more suited for a toddler, very low to the ground. If you flushed the toilet, the drain in the tub gurgled. I went to front desk to complain and they gave me new towels and said they would clean room tomorrow. My wife said she didn’t want anyone coming into our room, so forget it. We were in Brandon for a family reunion and our cousins were in one of the suites and it was spotless and the same price! We have stayed at Days Inn before and we’re very disappointed with this one. Try somewhere else
