Great location with friendly service. The breakfast was fantastic, offering a wide and varied selection. The lobby felt modern and inviting, and the pool area was spacious and well-maintained. The only downside was that our room felt quite outdated and had a noticeable damp, musty smell, which gave the impression of possible moistureissues."

Great location on Orchard just a block from Istana and the MRT, plus a bus stop in front. Rooms big and gym also large. It is an old place though, not in great condition, but for the price, location, size, I'd stay again.

Excellent location and good service. Slightly dated facilities but would recommend. Cleaned to reasonable standard but no in depth cleaning (we had to retrieve a toy from under the bunk bed which was gross!) Pool was great option. Breakfast nothing to rave about; the food court in neighboring shopping centre much better choices.

Overrated and overpriced for the hotel itself. Dirty, rundown, hard to get in/out of the hotel if you have stroller or wheelchair. Housekeeping team are helpful but you can tell they have bad management. The only positive point is the location. Right on Orchard Street.

Stomach bug
Have stayed at the hotel many times over the years but seems to be slipping in quality, This time a nasty stomach bug most likely from drinking the "safe water" in the drink water tap in the room gave extra "enjoyment"
