Would never come again
The positives: twenty minutes walk to Oistins, cozy beach, spacious room. Negatives: abysmal customer service, unclean/unmaintained pool (same bugs, trash and leaves were in there for three days and the water was cloudy), beach full of seaweed, few umbrellas for shade. They even ran out of towels at the beach one day. Staff had terrible attitudes across the board (hated or even lied about confirming details that hadn’t been confirmed), and acted as if every request were a great inconvenience. At this price point, cleanliness and service should be impeccable. We expected better and we’re terribly disappointed. I leave this review having stayed at over 200 hotels in 70 countries.

The staff was amazing! They were welcoming and knowledgeable. We traveled with our 14 and 12 year old and they loved it. Right on the beach, close to the bus stop and not far from restaurants. We would definitely return.

The property itself was beautiful! The staff were friendly, helpful and accommodating. The room was clean and spacious. There was only one restaurant onsite and while it was good, we would’ve preferred more options. There weren’t many markets / stores near the resort so we had to walk in the heat and it was FAR and HOT! (Take a taxi or use PickUp Caribbean). We wish there was more to do onsite at night as other than Friday at Oistins, there wasn’t much within walking distance. The pool staying open until 10 was nice. Would have loved if this was all inclusive. We would recommend staying here and just hope they offer more at night (parties, mixers, etc).

We had a lovely stay. The staff are very friendly and will speak to you individually. They helped with lost baggage and changing taxi pick up times. The laundry was easy to use and meant the men could wear the same clothes more than once. The cleaners were good and worked hard throughout the day. The hotel is supremely placed on the beach and there are three swimming pools if the seaweed gets heavy in the afternoons. The restaurants are convenient but there are local supermarkets and takeaway restaurants to order in food. The buses and ZR’s are frequent and reduce the cost of travel by taxi. Locals are friendly and will give directions when needed

Terrific boutique place for a family holiday. Quiet beach with very friendly and helpful staff. I can’t talk highly enough of this place. It has been a wonderful two weeks. The smallest criticism would be the restricted menu in the restaurant , but we just went out often which was also lovely. A very short taxi ride to “the gap” where you’ll find many excellent restaurants and bars. I love it here and will come back.
