Das Sauerland Stern Hotel war insgesamt leider nur mittelmäßig. Positiv hervorzuheben ist die sehr gute Lage – alles ist fußläufig erreichbar, was gerade für Ausflüge praktisch ist. Leider wird dieser Vorteil durch den Service deutlich relativiert. Das Personal wirkte mehrfach unfreundlich und wenig hilfsbereit, bei Fragen oder Anliegen eher desinteressiert. Insgesamt fehlte es an Serviceorientierung und Freundlichkeit. Für den Preis hatten wir mehr erwartet. Insgesamt würden wir das Hotel nicht weiterempfehlen.

Der Aufenthalt war ganz Okay. Das Preis Leistungsverhältnis ist unausgeglichen. Kein Kühlschrank auf dem Zimmer, keine Hausschlappen, kein Bademantel, keine Duschkabine, keine Kaffemaschine bzw. Nespresso Maschine. Flecken im Teppichboden, unsaubere Scheiben, Positiv zu bewerten sind Zimmergröße, kostenlose Parkplätze, das Abendbuffet, Sauberkeit und Ausstattung des Hotels.

Das Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Der Teppich ist verblichen und etwas hellhörig ist das Zimmer auch. Dem Personal ist nicht aufgefallen das ich am Abreisetag Geburtstag hatte. Das man aus dem Schwimmbad durch die Lobby im Bademantel gehen muss ist auch nicht gut. Sauberkeit und der Service waren gut!

Wir konnten den SPA Bereich nicht nutzen, da wir für diesen vorher hätten reservieren müssen. Leider konnten wir dies bei der Anreise nicht mehr machen, da bereits für diesen Tag alle Reservierungen für die Sauna vergeben waren. Bei einem Kurzurlaub am Wochenende mit einer Übernachtung ist dies sehr ärgerlich. Im Vorfeld habe ich eine Nachricht vom Hotel erhalten, auf eine notwendige Reservierung für die Sauna/SPA Bereich wurde aber nicht hingewiesen.

prima hotel veel luxe

Super verblijf gehad, vriendelijk en zeer net personeel. Heerlijk ontbijt. Mooi zwembad en een grote ruimte met meerdere sauna's. Het was ook neiet druk dus we konden goed van de facilliteiten genieten. Prachtig uitzicht over de pistes. Het hotel is erg groot, dat maakt het minder persoonlijk. Verder was alles super geregeld!

Das Hotel ist sehr Sauber. Die Zimmer sind groß mit Balkon. Das Frühstück ist sehr ausreichend. Wir waren zum 2. mal dort.

Es war sehr schön

Der Aufenthalt war super. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich und hat jede unserer Fragen beantwortet. Leider war das Erlebnisbad aufgrund von Renovierungsarbeiten geschlossen. Aus diesem Grund befanden sich viele Kinder im Hotelpool die natürlich ihren Spaß gesucht haben. Ein erholsames Schwimmen war am ersten Abend hierdurch leider nicht möglich. Dafür hatten wir am zweiten Abend den Pool dann fast für uns alleine. Auch der Saunabereich ist schön und ein Besuch wert. Ein Abzug gibt es allerdings bei den Umkleiden. Es gibt zwar eine Umkleide für M und W aber es kann immer nur eine Person in diesen Umkleideraum rein. Die verschließbaren Fächer könnten auch mal wieder repariert werden. Hier fehlt an fast jedem Schlüssel das Befestigungsband für das Hand oder Fußgelenk. Wir waren im August dort. Es gibt viele Wandermöglichkeit, welche gut ausgeschildert sind. Auch gibt es viele Mountenbike Routen (haben wir jedoch nicht genutzt). Die Fahrräder können mit der Gondelbahn mit auf den Ettelsberg genommen werden. Wer kein Fahrrad dabei hat, kann sich diese auch gegen eine Gebühr ausleihen. Die Innenstadt ist ca. 700m vom Hotel entfernt. Es gibt eine große Auswahl an Restaurants oder Bars zum gemütlichen einkehren. Im großen und ganzen war es ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt.
