Personal items were left behind, we couldn't get through anyone for help. We drove to the hotel to try to retrieve the items and they denied seeing them in the room.

Great location, average resort experience

The location was excellent, as it was right next to the beach. The restaurants served some delicious food. However, the rooms were relatively small and a bit run-down.
