Terrible Service – We Left After Two Days - AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!
We originally planned a 13-night stay here but after two days of awful service, we canceled the remainder of our reservation and booked another hotel. (Similarly priced, with professional staff / friendly, hospitable attitude!!!)
Despite requesting a crib weeks in advance, it wasn’t in our room upon arrival. At check-in, I reminded the staff and also asked them to prepare the pull-out couch for our older son. When we returned from dinner—two hours later—neither task had been done. To make matters worse, when they finally brought the crib, they left it outside our door with the sheets exposed and lying on the floor. Roach Motels would do a better job than this!!!
The poor service continued the next day. We left our room at 7:30 AM and returned at 2 PM, only to find it hadn’t been cleaned. For a hotel that charges premium rates, this is completely unacceptable.
When I brought these issues to the manager’s attention, her response was dismissive and unprofessional. She showed no empathy, offered no apology, and made no effort to resolve the situation.
This was by far one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve ever had. If you’re considering staying here think twice. For the price they charge, you can find much better options with staff / management who actually care about their guests.
