Nice Hotel but needs some improvements to room

Rhe restaurants were excellent. Room cleanliness was great. The TV channel selection was extremely poor and many channels did not work or were different from what the guide said they were. The jetted tub had the air injection knobs cranked off so tight that it was near impossible to get them open to get the air to properly function on the tub. There was no clear instructions on letting fresh air into the room under the window. We would have enjoyed that and the sound of the falls overnight. The small sign under the TV with the MENU use instructions was not noticed and may be better to hang it on the television lower frame and not have it standing on the dresser top. The bed was extremely soft and we both woke up several times in the night and had sore backs and shoulder/necks in the morning. I would have liked a firmer mattress choice.

Air conditioner didn’t work and smelt so bad of mustiness Tons of hair in shower and shower door cracks Stains on top sheet on bed $5 for a bottle of water is ridiculous T.V kept turning off on its own

Barely a falls view (a small corner window), A/C was crazy loud & everything felt dated in the room. Be prepared to pay an additional $80 for indoor parking.

Great location, parking fee ridiculous

Loved the loacation and view of the falls. Although it was a great stay $180 for two nights parking onsite is ridiculous, that’s $360 for two cars for a suite for parking for the weekend!! Would never stay here again for that rate for parking. The suite was very nice although the smaller bedroom needs its own thermostat or a ceiling fan because if one bedroom is perfect you are sweating and can’t breathe in the other. Only other downfall was the pools. There are two pools which is nice, the family pool And the infinity pool. Too bad the family pool was pretty much empty and all the little kids and teenagers were In the infinity pool and hot tub. We actually ended up going to the family pool because the other pool and hot tub was over run with little kids and teenagers goofing around. Great location and hotel but parking fee was enough for me to never come back.

Beds a little uncomfortable, shower didn’t stay hot. Elevator attendant was excellent. Should only be charged resort fee if we use it.
