Great Place to Stay
Have stayed here before, so that is why I booked here again. Everything was fine. As I have noticed in most hotels, better cleaning in the corners of the carpers and under desks could always be improved. Seems dust gathers there, and those corners, especially when sitting on the couch, looks a bit dusty and not very clean. Everything else was fine. I was also very appreciative that since the weather was so bad, we decided to check out a day early and head back home before the atmospheric river arrive and would make traveling more dangerous. We will be back to stay there again. One thing I did not like is having to pay to park. Seems like that is just an easy money grab. It's not like the area is crowded and parking is hard to come by, there is plenty of parking and should be offered free to guests, especially if they stay more than one night. It does make guests search around for comparable hotels that do not charge for parking. There are many choices and sometimes having to pay for parking is just enough for guests to search out other options.

Great Location
The hotel is conveniently located near freeway access, restaurants, and gas stations. The only drawback is they charge a daily parking fee.

Nice hotel with a nice price.
Very nice hotel, very roomy and clean. Reasonable rate, even with the $16 parking fee. Staff helpful and friendly.

Taking Advantage of those Displace by LA Fires
Only stayed here because we were under mandatory evacuation during the many fires in LA and this was one of the few that had vacancies. After paying online we were told we'd have to pay more for parking (which wasn't even in a gated area for safety so what was the additional fee for?). Asked the guy at the front desk if that could be waved as a bit of sympathy for some stressed out guests that may be losing everything. Nope. His only reply, "Oh, what fire are you effected by?" Awful customer service to the many people checking in obviously stressed out at this time. Wonder if they are overcharging the state for all the firefighters staying there? Shame on this run down, dirty hotel for taking advantage during one of the worst disasters in LA's history.

Watch out for the extra parking fee!
The room was cleaned well, but the bathroom smelled like weed, and some of the light bulbs didn’t work, and some fixtures were loose. The shower and faucet are very water eco friendly, but it was very hard adjusting the water to somewhere between ice cold and scalding. They use a 2-in-1 shampoo/conditioner that gets the job done, but isn't what I'd prefer. The beds are clean and comfortable, though, which is the main draw of a hotel. The fan in my room made tremendous noise, though, so I left it off. There was also a surprise $16 parking fee, so watch out!

The overall experience was amazing, my only issue was we weren’t able to use the wifi, but that was out of their control so it’s understandable.

Grossly outdated. The bathroom fan ran non-stop! Loud and difficult to sleep. Apparently, all bathrooms were wirer this way in the ceiling, not at the wall switch, when you turn it on. The restaurant is only open for breakfast in the morning and very expensive. Parking fee, another way to get more money, parking lot was empty. The toilet valve to shut it on and off was broken off and corroded.
