Great little hotel on a quiet street
We really enjoyed our stay at the WHO. The location was great, the establishment was clean and comfortable, and the staff was helpful and knowledgeable. Highly recommend it!

Great stay. No complaints
Had a very good stay, no complaints. It’s on a quiet street so didn’t hear any noise from outside. Sizeable and comfortable rooms. We chose this hotel partly because it’s a 10-15min walk from Gare du nord which was handy for the Eurostar. It’s also close to many bars and restaurants.

Lovely old fashioned hotel
Hotel is in a decent location for the Rex Cinema and for the Metro, down a side alley. Very olde worlde hotel, but it shows signs of its age, especially in the soundproofing between floors, I was on the first floor and could hear everything in the room above... The staff were lovely, however the cleaning was lacking, my bed sheets weren't changed in the 3 days I was there and my room wasn't cleaned at all on the last full day. There were no in-room tea/coffee facilities which was disappointing. Overall I thought it was OK for what I paid but I wouldn't pay the full rate for this hotel.

Just very avereage
Basic amenities like coffee maker are not provided. Room is too cramped for the cost. The only consolation is the people at reception have displayed good hospitality in dealing with the customers.

Great experience
Very thoughtful and considerate staff. Hotel is quiet, quaint and conveniently located. Would definitely recommend and stay there again. I wish the rest of Paris was as friendly as the Windsor Hotel Opera staff..

Spacious and Very Accomodating
We had a quick stay here and it was very comfy once my mom (who was on her first EU visit) go over the small elevator and having to take the stairs. The rooms were quite spacious for the area. I couldve almost slept in the bathroom it was that big. The staff were extremely accommodating and when the room got chilly they brought up a heater that we could use. My only issue was that while there I received a bite on my ankle. It appeared to be from a spider and not bed bugs. If you use the blankets, please be sure to shake them out as I slept on the couch pull out and used the blankets in the closet. I had a physician give me antibiotics for the bite and it is clearing up. I in no way want this to overshadow the accommodations as I would stay there again if my other hotel recommendations were completely booked. They also have TV channels in English

Nice hotel, needs some service help
Its out of the way, don't try to walk from the train station if you don't know Paris. The front desk during the day was really helpful, at night, he didn't seem to want to be bothered I was there 2 nights, my room was not cleaned while I was there Breakfast was tasty

Cute boutique
Very cute little boutique hotel. After exiting with my tail between my legs from a hideous room in a not so far hotel, I booked myself in here and was very happy I did. One thing I will say is that the room did not have a window, it had a door which led to a small square outside the room. There was a lack of light and view in the room.
