We arrived early, and were allowed to check in, so that was awesome. However the next day, the elevator was not working and I had to use the steps, which was very painful. It was very easy to get moved to a ground level room, but it was very noisy in the new room and the room was much smaller and not as clean.

Always a great stay! The only thing I would change is the shower heads. Unless your hair is like 2” long you cannot wash it and expect to rinse the shampoo and conditioner out. Other than that everything is great! Beds are super comfy!

Front desk staff lethargic, slow, and uniformed about the current state of their remodeling as their directions to simply get into wing where the assigned room was incorrect. Met other "obvious" guests trying to get in simply locked out. I arrived late and left early. No lines, just lame service. Open cash window, no staff. Open breakfast buffet... no staff. Just a lot of waiting around for staff to give a damn. View doesn't make up for it. Will choose a motel next time.
