We called to tell them we would be arriving late. When we got there they gave us a king room instead of the 2 queen we booked. Had to sleep in pull out which was stained and dirty. Table was also dirty, we wiped it and lots of dirt came up, hotel did not care and said they were booked and would not change rooms. Door also did not lock properly.

Difficult check in process. Room cleanliness was mediocre. Key card wouldnt work for front door past 9pm, others had same issue. Due to the difficulties experienced here on two separate stays and for having the $150 deposit, will not be staying here again.
