I had a very pleasant and comfortable experience. The staff were friendly and property was super clean. I didnt like the seat cushions in the common area in dining room. I think they should be changed out or covered just looked ran down.

We specifically selected your hotel because of the indoor pool - which was freezing cold and not useable - the hot tub was warm but filthy and there was a cover missing on the floor jet which my granddaughter cut her knee on - the bathtub had no plug so we had to wait for service - we called the front desk on five different occasions and it was never answered making me have to go down to get my questions answered - VERY disappointing stay

Pleasant and peaceful. However, jacuzzi and pool area was very dirty. I was on my way and decided not to go in. Room carpet could also use a clean. Everything else was great and on point.

Very disappointed
There was particles all over the room . I didn’t find out until I open the shades in the morning it was so thick u could see it in the video. There was no manager around only the supervisor. She did offer to change the room but it was already 930am day of the checkout. I left my email and number no response. Its a sad never experience anything like this the staff was helpful and friendly, but not experienced.
