Great place to stay
This hotel stay was short and sweet. Staff were very friendly, hotel was quiet and safe. Room was clean, spacious, and bed was comfy. I like aesthetically pleasing places, and the hallway had cute lighting, and each floor had cute sitting areas. Will stay here again when visiting our San Jo family.

Cool place to stay
I was really happy with the size of the room. I liked the toiletries they provided. The first room they assigned us smelled like cigarettes so we asked for a new room and the woman at the front desk was very helpful and immediately switched our room. The staff was also friendly and helpful when I lost my key getting me set up with a new one.

I love the Aloft hotels. I was disappointed that this location did not have Tesla Charging stations like the others. I recommend putting them in. Other than that, everything was good. Great customer service by all employees.

Prime location. Everything felt very new.
There was a dirty tissue between the doors of the connecting rooms. Yellow, maybe pee stain on bed sheet. Receptionist was a little awkward/not very welcoming. But besides that, the room was super comfortable and clean. We enjoyed our stay. We got a very cheap price so no complaints, just mentioning everything in case it helps guests/the hotel. We’ll definitely book again. The location is so prime. Super close to freeways and Santana Row. Affordable price helped us save and use that for fun in the area.

Help when we needed it
We were supposed to stay in Oakland but the hotel we were to be at lost our reservation so we decided to drive to San Jose for the night. This property was very nice. The staff was great and they helped us out when we needed a place to stay.
