The 1st room we went to the hallway stank and the room smelled like smoke. The maid never cleaned our room. Had to puck up a phone to call someone so we ciuld check out. My bathroom celing was coming apart and it had mold.

Great staff!
All of the staff was great. From check in/out to the staff in the breakfast area. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. It is winter time in Ohio, so a little hard to rate the outside (snowy, gray?), but the inside was in great shape. The best thing? The free "make them yourself" waffles, scrambled eggs, and especially the biscuits and gravy. Food was perfect! We will stay here every time we are in this area.

Anytime I choose motel in this area I always choose quality inn the most polite there for the best breakfast and have the cleanest rooms and the nicest staff I would recommend them to everyone it's the best hotel in the area especially for the very reasonable price

We walked in to a lobby filled with the not so pleasant aroma of pot. The clerk was very disconnected, although he was able to give my mom a disabled room but the tub entrance was too high for her to get into to have a shower.

Not a bad place.
Customer service was standard. There isn’t elevators, so if you want to walk up stairs this place is for you. My room reeked of animal so bad that my eyes puffed up. If it wasn’t for the window opening I would’ve been in trouble. The hotel needs updated for sure. Parking was standard. The doors are not automatic so when using the carts to haul your luggage you will need two people. Breakfast could use more options, but it was hot. The hotel and hotels.com both charged my cards so I was double charged without answers.
