Overall good place lots of pools and things to do. We just had trouble with our air breaking down and first time was fixed quickly but then 2 days later it went out and took them 3 trips to front desk and 4 hours later for maintenance guy to come then we had to change rooms. Waiting in person to come transfer our stuff never showed up so we had to take all of our stuff across the complex to the new room. We were upgraded to a bigger room which was nice. Our first room for very small for 3 people. Check-in was great . Overall cool place for the minor problems

If it wasnt for Mike l would have been miserable.

Cheryl,on reception was bland unfriendly. I asked her if we had appropriate room for our booking. Couldn't have cared less. No promised prosecco. Room smelled of mildew, and a couple of plugs didn't work. Sound of knocking most of the night. By this time we had unpacked. Went to reception the following morning, Mike was amazing,listened to us, and gave us another room with a beautiful ocean view. Rooms especially brown chest of drawers in bedroom need changing.lounge area great. Some staff a little unfriendly at the sunbed and grill areas. Wasnt keen on the Rum fish grill started to sweep up around us?!! Thanks MIKE ON RECEPTION. Loved St petes tho.

The check in process is chaos. You do not get your room at 4. They said the process starts at 4. It took over a hour. The rooms are a glorified old motel room. Musty and ripped carpet. Most amenities were closed. You’re paying to use their beach which was very pretty. Everything else was mediocre

Ok not great tables and dangerous.

Beds and sheets where clean rooms are dated and the building could use some more upkeep kind of expensive for what you get . Also the glass table top was not secured and almost crashed my little one and when I brought it to there attention they said they’d fix it straight away but after talking with other guests sounds like all tables are not secured so I doubt anything was actually done. But seems very dangerous.

It was Ok

Hotel was ok. They make it look much better online than what it actually is. They also make you wear wristbands your entire stay which were annoying and we were constantly being scratched by them. If you want to use the umbrellas by the beach, you have to pay $15 per day. The rooms themselves were good. Beds and pillows were comfortable but I wish we could have set the AC lower than 68°.

Perfect location and great staff. Been going for years the cabana bar was closed from Hurricane. That was only minus of trip (to be expected i suppose). There was a walk up bar open and servers to bring to your chairs. I just like sitting at a bar (not much for laying in a chair). Great trip!

Excellent location and Beach

This is a great hotel for families to stay in. You have access to 40 acres of resorts with various pools to use. There are hot tubs as well. The beach is by far the best part of this hotel. It's attached to a great common area in front of the hotel and there are reserved lounge chairs for you to use. At the front desk Shpresa was so helpful to make our stay the best, she was very accommodating and got us the best room. 2822 is right at the corner overlooking the ocean and pool.
