Front desk day staff was absolutely rude!! They weren't going to even let me check in because I have a local address, I haven't lived there for years because I'm a fulltime traveler. It shouldn't be that hard. I go to Kingman about every two weeks, but I will never stay here again.

Good for the Price
I have stayed here two other times before this stay. It is reasonably priced for what you get. It is not necessarily my first choice but it is convenient, feels safe and for the most part it is clean. We were at the back of the hotel which I like because it was very quiet.

Clean, friendly. Cable did not work, room phone cord broken. So was kind of hard to use when speaking to front desk. Unless holding the cord in, if not would disconect call. Only offered to move 2 hours before check out. And wouldve been nice to offer a partial refund. For amenities paying for with stay that did not get. Have stay before, like the Hotel. But each time there is a small but important issue with amenities were paying for.

It was a good stay a quick and cheap one night stay to get some rest during a long road trip. It could have been cleaned better as there was still old sunflower seed shells on the floor from another guest. Staff was friendly, the food and drinks at the attached restaurant were decent and made it convenient to not have to go anywhere. There is a train track directly behind the hotel so you will hear that but it wasn’t super loud at all.
