Had a great time visiting Limerick for the very first time. The staff were super helpful and I'm impressed by the room service where leaving the room later in the day still was serviced and bedsheets made, towels refreshed when I came in the evening.

Extras help
While the hotel could use some renovations and modernization, the staff were lovely and little touches in the room, like mini boxed chocolates, make up for what is lacking. There are two restaurant options attached to the hotel, one of which provides a great breakfast spread as part of your stay. A good, humble find of a hotel.
