the hot tub was literally cold. the manager had text me and told me that the hot tub was temping at 104. when I arrived it was cold. that was the reason I booked the hotel. the breakfast was pathetic. the jetted tub in my room barely worked. the hotel was clearly in need to severe updates.

From the moment we checked in the people above us were so loud and obnoxious. Had to call front desk, they said they would take care of it! But nothing changed, they were bouncing a ball and running back and forth all night! It didn’t stop til about 2/230am!

It was good quiet, clean but older place. I think the breakfast was great accept if you're going to water down your juices maybe make sure they still have that juice taste that was the only thing i can say that was unpleasant about this place.

Had we not had issues with the heat cutting out and blowing cold air after 10 to 25 minutes, our rating would be 4 out of 5. We submitted a maintenance ticket at the end of our stay so this will possibly not be an issue for others. Additionally anyone who prefers it cool when sleeping would probably be content without running the heat. Internet was out most of our stay but that was supposedly because of maintenance by the provider. Breakfast was solid and the fresh cookies every evening were fantastic. Staff was great.
