The hotel had everything you need, friendly staff, self catering, and clean comfortable room s. The local area is packed with local cafés, restaurants and bars, in a lovely area of cobbled streets. The view was dynamite for me as I am a people watcher and the comings and goings outside my window were delighted I could have just sat there and stared all day! The room was poorly maintained and dark / gloomy. The only window was internal, facing into a shopping centre, with scaffolding up over it, so there was zero privacy without closing the curtain at all times. No cleaning, no replacement towels etc. Really disappointing. Fortunately, it is in a good location with nice restaurants around and a metro stop on the doorstep.
