Great receptionist
First time at this hotel and first time in Paso Robles. When we arrived at the hotel, granted a bit earlier than expected, we were told that our room was not ready. No problem the receptionist, Sandra, was extremely sympathetic and she gave us great tips on what to see and do during our stay. Sandra knows what customer service is all about.

Good nights sleep in a comfortable room
I came in a little late, the front desk clerks were attentive and took care of me right away. I was upgraded, I don't know if was because I was checking in later or what, it was a nice room and I rested very well.

Preferred hotel for family visits
Always clean and very comfortable beds. Staff is friendly and helpful. We accidently left a couple fishing poles and they made sure a family member picked them up. Only disappointed that hot tub jets were out of order but they don't always have control over that. We will definitely stay again.

My room cost $279 at the time of booking but when I checked into my room and looked again it had been significantly reduced. Why did I get charged that amount when an hour later the room was going for much less? I don't feel that it's fair as I was in a predicament and just needed a place to stay for the night in order to get back home safely

Great Hotel, Great Stay
Staff gave us an early check in and the whole process took less than two minutes. We found the room to be very clean and comfortable, well stocked with toiletries and towels. Overnight, things were quiet and the room temperature was easy to regulate. Margie's Diner, located right next to the hotel, was an excellent choice for 2 of our meals. We left behind 2 coats in our room closet, and when we contacted the hotel they notified us they had been found and would be waiting for us in the lobby on our return trip - and they were, wrapped neatly in a traveling bag and on a hangers. Overall an excellent experience and we highly recommend this hotel.
