Nice spacious 1 bedroom appartment with small balacony. Bed large and comfortable. Nice bathroom. Appartment very clean. Great location. Few minor issues: 1. Safe could not be closed and staff said it needed to be replaced. 2. No remote control for air conditioner in bedroom. Requested a replacement but no action for 3 days. Once requested again, it was quickly provided. Would definitely stay in APX Darling Harbour again.

Stayed for 3 weeks. Couldn’t be happier with our time here. Great location, friendly staff. If you are a couple travelling on a budget, but don’t want to stay in hostels (shared accommodation) I would highly recommend APX Darling Harbour.

Pathetic customer service
Service was absolutely pathetic, worse I've ever encountered. On my arrival the TV did not work in my room. No phone in the room to contact reception. Rang reception 4 x times from mb with no response. Hour later rang again and advised TV does not work. Receptionist came up to room, couldn't get TV to work and advised me there was nothing that could be done and will need to stay in room with no TV Asked to swap rooms and was advised all available rooms are still dirty and cleaners will clean following day! Asked for the duty/manager but he refused to speak to me. However he was liaising with receptionist. Will never stay here again!!!
