Second time staying here. Everything is perfect. Staff is excellent, well trained and very efficient and personable. Hotel is clean, well maintained and well stocked. Excellent!! Highly recommend.

Firstly we were put in a ground floor room which smelt solely of dog. Seems the hotel is dog friendly and the 1st floor is where they accommodate the dog owners. It was an awful smell. But they corrected the situation after I complained and relocated us.
Breakfast was bare. The ice machine was not working. The hot water was not working. So every time we needed a hot beverage we had to get someone to get the hot water from the steamer.
It wasn't a nice experience.

We would return.
We were only there for one night. However, the hotel was very convenient, near the airport and restaurants. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was substantially better than in years past. The food was fresh and hot. The staff were excellent--friendly, helpful, and available.
