Terrible
Hallways smelled terrible. Room smelled like smoke. The pool was closed. We even called a couple days in advance asking about the pool because we had read it was closed. They told us it was open. We checked in and asked about the pool again and they continued lying about it opening. We asked each day and they lied each time saying it would be open that afternoon. It wasn’t a maintenance issue, there was a paper on the door about the county closing it down. I wouldn’t even call what they offered breakfast either. The ice machine was also broken. Wouldn’t recommend this hotel at all.

Stay somewhere else
Would not stay there again. The person at the desk was not friendly. We had one stained towel, a very dirty and stained couch. We didn’t want our 2 year old to sit on it. There was not much lighting in the room. The coffee pot was not very clean. The only good thing I can say is the bed appeared to be clean and was comfortable.

Location and very spacious
Check in was so easy as wrll as check out. Upin entering the hallway yo the elevator you could notice some age on the structure where the owners have attempted to renovate and improve. Someone had dumped a plate of food in the hallway which was kind of gross but random. Room was really dusty like it hadnt been used in a while or maybe air filters need to be changed but otherwise very clean and everything worked well. Very Very Spacious room and bathroom. We had a double room and it had a love seat thar also pulled out could have slept 6 if you had kids. Convenient location to all the dining, shopping and right on the exit/interstate. Breakfast was sufficient but kind of dark and no tvs running and just not a very cheery or "warm" place to start the day very gray and professional. It works.

The place was clean but had a bad odor. The couch you didnt want to sit on because it was so stained. The ceiling had big stain marks. The breakfast waffle mix had chunks of mold in the mix. Very unappealing except the kids that the kids thought they were blueberries.

Overnight visit
It was a nice room, but the lighting was incredibly dim and made it difficult to apply makeup. Clean room and building, but our bed was terribly firm. Guest services were friendly!

Nice hotel
The room and property were clean. The person at check-in was playing a game with someone else on the phone and continued to talk to them while he checked us in. Very unprofessional. We didn't stay for breakfast so can't comment on that.

For the price....great option
I thought this hotel was "good" in comparison to lower budget hotels in general, but I would say it was "great" for any hotel within it's price point. Pros: 1) The room was very spacious, comfortable, and clean. 2) Lots of pillows, which I appreciate. 3) The front desk staff was very friendly and kind. Cons: 1) The hallways smell very odd. I think it may be some version of air freshener, but it's not pleasant at all. 2) The sounds barriers are poor. I think I must have had some kids in the room above me, because it sounded like a stampede from 8pm to after 10pm. I used the sound machine app on my phone to block it out though. Other notes: 1) The elevator is a little old and creepy. It may need a tune up. 2) The breakfast is nothing to write home about about, but it was fine for a quick snack on the go and the coffee was good. It was pretty much just some breads, pastries, and a couple options of cereal, but they also had my favorite token continental breakfast item....the make your own waffle, so I was happy.

Terrible motel with horrible service.
Check in was smooth nothing major host wasn't friendly, but not rude. We dropped our bags at the room, and left immediately for an event. We got back to the room, and the tv remote didn't work. Called the front desk a woman said "i cant do nothing about that as this time, and i just got here" I believe it was around 10:30 - 11pm. Next morning we tried to have breakfast. It was sad, waffle maker broken, cooler with 1 yogurt, 2 twin pk sausage buns, and a burrito. Really cereal and fruit were your options, we went to cracker barrel down the street. Came back to swim. The pool AND HOT TUB were ice cold. Other guest said they had told staff and they were told no it's warm. Rooms didn't get cleaned. No new towels. Just terrible. Dont waste your money.
