Everyone was very helpful and accommodating! This is probably the nicest hotel in all of Kenya! We enjoyed our stay and Thomas also helped us get our luggage and a ride planned.

This is one of the best hotels I've stayed at in Africa. It is an absolute jewell, the staff are friendly and helpful, and it is great being right above the Rupa mall. The gym and swimming pool are also excellent and I spent a lot of time out on the patio outside the bar relaxing and working

8/10 Very good

Have stayed at this hotel in 2024 is very good place clean and very helpful staff. This year 2026 I booked for 8 Nights. All was so good apart from Wi-Fi It was working within the hotel but not in my room which was on floor 6. I wasn’t happy about this but they managed to put a laptop in my room so I could log in as hotspot

Overall the hotel was excellent. However on 8th floor there should be a notice not to play music loud when using swimming area. If you wish to listen, use earphones/Headphones. Spoilt our relaxation one afternoon when loud music was played by another guest. Also breakfast is too expensive. After day2 we were eating at nearby Java House for meals breakfast, lunch and dinner!

The staff is incredible! The restaurant and bar are amazing! It’s located within a large mall in Eldoret so plenty of shopping options. It’s very clean and safe. I would absolutely recommend staying at this property any time you are in Eldoret.

The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the service from the entire staff was excellent, especially at the front desk. Jacinta and Brian were particularly helpful and attentive to all our requests. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and efficient. An added bonus is the proximity to the mall and restaurants making for a pleasant stay overall.
