Bei Ankunft haben wir ein Upgrade erhalten, da das Hotel nicht ausgebucht war. Rezeption- und Restaurant-Service waren exzellent! Große Zimmer sehr gut ausgestattet. Leider gab es auch Punkte, die uns nicht gefallen haben: Zusätzliche 99,- EUR für eine Endreinigung zu berechnen sind sehr überzogen, wenn man den Arbeits-Stundensatz in Österreich betrachtet. Ich bin mir sicher, dass das Appartement nicht 5 Stunden gereinigt wird (5Std. x 20€). Hier bereichert sich meiner Meinung nach das Hotel zusätzlich, da es in 6 Tagen auch keine Zwischenreinigung gab. Bei der Halbpension gab es an 5 von 6 Abenden exakt das selbe Gemüse (Auswahl und Zubereitung) zur Hauptspeise. Keine Abwechslung, das geht in dieser Hotelkategorie ebenfalls nicht. Abendessen und Frühstück waren aber ok. Aus diesen Gründen kann ich keine 10 Punkte vergeben. Ansonsten wären diese erreicht worden.

Sehr hoher Wohlfühlfaktor. Einzigartiger Koch dem es sehr wichtig ist das die Gäste zufrieden sind. Insgesamt sehr sympathisches Personal. Man fühlt sich wie zu Hause, weil das Personal darauf Wert legt vieles möglich zu machen. Toller Ort , tolles Hotel mit sehr schönem und ruhigem Wellnessbereich.
