The hotel is in a good location. Its a 5 minute walk to Promenade des Anglais, 5 minutes to the Tram for access to airport and about a 25 minute walk to the train. The rooms are large and well laid out and the kitchen is well equipped for a short stay. The private balcony is also nice.

The room was a great little 1 bedroom apartment on the top floor. It had a balcony that gave amazing views of the mountains on one side and the promenade on the other. The staff were polite and helpful, greeting us eachtime we walked past the front desk.
