Great location and nice staff! Loved the fireplace and they were quite dog friendly. The price was great for our trip
Some feedback: The room could have been cleaner. A wet rag was left in the bathroom upon checkin, the disposal needed to be cleaned it smelled, and the sheets were clean but musty.

Great place newly remodeled and clean. Super friendly staff, shuttle to Park City Mountain and Deer Valley. Great jacuzzi and outside gas grill. Would stay again. Highly recommended!

The staff was wonderful. Are suite was big and very nice. Only issue was our room smelled. A sewage smell. We acclimated after a few minutes but every time we entered we smelled it.

We felt like being home at this property. The staff was super friendly. The renovations they have done so far are perfect. Relaxing area with games, large indoor hot tub, sauna, etc. Loved the full kitchen in our room and plenty of space.

Excellent. Will stay here again. Quiet. Hot tub was fantastic. Shuttle driver took me to Main Street and saved me an Uber fair. Great price and very comfortable.

Liked that it was a smaller quaint hotel. We had a mini suite. Absolutely loved it. Room was very spacious and had a full kitchen and front room with fireplace. Also had a private balcony. Very quiet and serene. Would not hesitate to stay here again next time we are in Park City. I would recommend to family and friends.

Trying to be luxurious
Tile floor was very dirty. The pictures were true to form, but the rooms were redone on the cheap. (Ie. Painted cabinets instead of new ones, fake subway tile in the showers, areas prime did not finish painting.
We did enjoy the full-size kitchenette and fully stocked dishes, etc..
back patios were subpar- just dirt and a fence.
Frustrated that they charge a resort fee when it is not a resort.
All that said, the middle of the building with the hot tub and glass fire pit was very nice.

This place was great. Love the underground parking for guests. Love that in the suits they offer pretty much everything you need too cook (of course your take your own food to cook). They offer tea and coffee in your suite.
I loved that there were two full bathrooms.

Had a last minute stay in a studio room. It was clean, modern and had everything we needed. We had a very large vehicle and there was always plenty of underground parking available. We didn’t use any of the amenities but the hot tub and games looked great! I would have no issue staying here again.

The best part about staying at Park Plaza was the customer service. Everyone I dealt with was helpful and responsive. They offer a complimentary shuttle to the ski resorts on demand. The room has all the amenities for cooking, but they do not offer breakfast in the morning. Free parking is in an underground garage, which is safe and out of the elements, but if you have car roof storage, you might want to check fit.
