The most comfortable bed in Egypt is here!!! We stayed in a range of hotels on our trip to Egypt, including another 5-star hotel, but this was by FAR the best bed anywhere. Plus great pillows and puffy cloud of a duvet. The bathroom was really wonderful too. And the breakfast is not to be missed! Everyone was incredibly nice and helpful.

A perfect stay
الضيافة فن اتقنه هويتل الرتز من خلال استقبال الريسبشن الاخت مويرنا ايهاب و طاقم التنظيف اهم عنصر في الضيافة شكرا Hospitality is an art and staying in the Ritz was an artistic experience from the beautiful reception service given to us by Ms morina Ehab and the beautiful heart warming cleaning services done by the cleaning staff. Every day was perfection. I will repeat the experience 🙏

This is our first trip to Cairo. When we entered the Ritz hotel for check in. It was three hours before the check in time, then we talked to the staff and they told us by three it will be ready ( our room) when we came back around 8:00 pm the staff told us it is not ready and let us waiting in the lobby for 20 minutes and because we were tired we couldn’t handle it, went and spoke to the staff and they said you can use another room until they finish our room. We were so frustrated, very tired and really need to take shower and leave after that to go to a restaurant but couldn’t even have time to take shower or change our clothes.

Overall excellent hotel. Location is near tahrir square and downtown. Right on the Nile. Must say that the photos are deceiving - rooms don’t have a balcony although it looks like to does. Main issue I had with this hotel was the breakfast buffet. Didn’t enjoy any of the food, well the crepe was good but that’s hard to mess up.
