I always enjoy staying at this hotel.....
This hotel is a short walk from Union Station. It's conveniently located near shopping and a variety of restaurants. The room is clean with a well equipped kitchen and comfortable bed. It was also extremely quiet and peaceful. I always enjoy staying at this hotel.

Wasn’t to happen with the parking situation. When we arrived we were told we had to park offsite they sent me a parking lot that was closed then they sent me somewhere else. Then the next stay when I went to pay for the parking I find out I owed 50 dollars for parking

Awesome place. Very Quiet. Nice view. Lobby feels very luxurious. There’s a parking nearby (Commerce Court, 18, Wellington St.) if you don't want to pay for the valet. Concierge can give you a 10% rebate.

Not the same experience
The room we got was run down, mold in the shower curtain. The room was always cold no matter how high we put the temperature. They said we got an upgrade and it felt like the room was worse than the one we bought. The over all experience just didn’t feel like an expensive hotel. More like a lower end hotel. Not what we expected.
