Independently owned, not to chain standards

Desperately needs updates. Room had coffee but no coffee maker. The clock didn't work. Couldn't use the drawers because the pulls were missing. The shower light was out. Reserved a wheelchair accessible handicapped room, the room was, the shower was not. The tub/shower had handrails but no shower chair which made it unusable.

This hotel was the most disgusting hotel I’ve ever set foot in. Also had dried up urine all over the toilet seat of the second room we were offered. Ended up crashing on a friends couch. WITH NO REFUND

This place is methed up.

This is not the kind of hotel that refreshes your room each day. This is the kind of place where drug addicts live. On our second day, we were told there wouldn’t be clean towels until the following day. We were approached by residents and asked for money for food. This is not a good place but I guess you get what you pay for.

got the 1 hour after checking ,room was open dirty and floors wet,went to office got a new room this one smell like weed and i ask for a no smoking room, the room was cleaner than the first one found incense in the bathroom turn ac on and left for 5 hour visit downtown and came back just to sleep shower in the morning and we were gone

For an adventurous person

The facility was enough to lay your head and go to sleep. There was a lot of yelling outside, and people right outside the room door that I wasn’t comfortable with. It’s located on market Street, so not too far from anything, just not my first choice.

I was going to check in the person at the desk stated they didn’t have a double room I told that individual I book a double room and I had to have a room with double beds and I needed to talk with a Mgr which didn’t happen individual stated oh I have one but come back if it’s not to your satisfaction well we went to check out room. Satisfaction NOT. Beds not made floor had not been swept or cleaned not satisfied at all went back to front desk and told the person at desk no I was not staying in a dump. They stated I would get all my money back. Will find out within a day or so Do not recommend

Signs everywhere that they are urgently hiring for housekeeping. No towels when we first got into the room. The room was booked for two people. When we went to the front desk for towels, they said they didn't have any yet. We asked again and they cane down with them. They only brought us two towels and two hand towels. I went back the nect morning for one more towel for the bathroom floor. They refused. Room was eirher not cleaned when we got there or was rushed. Other people's trash in the trash can. I wiped down the counter by the sink and my clorox wipe came up brown. Not a good experience.

This place is a dump. I checked in and went to the room. It reeked like cigarettes and booze, my feet stuck to the floor, the toilet had urine and pubes on it, the tub was moldy. I turned around and went back to the desk to ask for my money back. They didn't want to refund until I told them I would just call my CC company and do a charge back. They finally agreed to refund. Avoid at all cost!
