Great place for families

it was very clean, had enough parking and the stuff was friendly. The rooms should have more trash bins for recycling (only 1), pool towels would also be good. This website shows that the checkout time is at 12 pm, but the hotels own website shows 11 am on one page and 12 pm on the other page, which was confusing, so I asked the reception and 11 am Easter correct time for checkout. It was also confusing for other guests and should be fixed. Otherwise, a very nice and relaxing place, would stay again.

Quite location and works well if youre happy with a 20min walk to beach or restaurants (which we are). . Was a bit expensive but it is peak time with covid so to be expected. A good breakfast, very spacious room kitted with everything required. Overall a very nice stay

Lovely place and views but some improvements neede

Lovely place and views. The rooms are spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable. Nice breakfast... however it was an open buffet... which should not be with COVID19 recommendations... What to improve: - Wifi was not working. Also it is not included in the price... We got a complimentary voucher though. However, we could not connect. As there is no network there this was really an issue... we were totally disconnected while in the hotel. - the main swimming pool was green. I don't think it was dirty but because of the old painting of the swimming pool it looked dirty and was not really appealing. This is a shame with such a beautiful garden. - Buildings need a bit of a refresh from the outside. A bit of paint and the place would look amazing!

our room wasn't available when we arrived. we were sent to another hotel. the room was inferior to the one we had booked. the next day our room was still not available. when we were finally showed a room it didn't have the 2 single beds we had asked for and no lift . so we rejected it. we were finally given a senior apartment in the afternoon and it was good. it is a pity as we wasted most of the first 2 days of our holiday. they compensated us with 2 free evening meals but you cant get back time that was lost.

This was our third time at the Hotel. Spotless in the rooms, comfy beds and great shower. Breakfast was good. The pool area is open and calm - you can really relax there. We thought the bathroom could benefit from a spruce up though as could the pool. However we had a fantastic time and the staff are brilliant

Breakfast excellent with a lovely choice of hot and cold food . Hotel manager was really helpful aa were the rest of the staff. We had cycled to the hotel and they were very accommodating. Grounds were lovely. We would return.

Well run nice hotel with well maintained grounds.

We enjoyed our stay because we wanted a quiet restful location. Hotel is good with friendly helpful staff. Looking a bit tired in places - needs painting outside . Full potential of the hotel is not being exploited - gloomy indoor pool the no one used in the two weeks we were there.

Nice Hotel with amenities.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The supermarket that was next door was nicely stocked and had the best fresh bread. The shuttle service was very convenient but I wish they would extend it into later into the night. It is a long walk from central Son Bou restaurants (35 minutes). The only down side, was the extra charge for the safe.

Nice small quiet family hotel with good facilities

The staff is very friendly and approachable. The hotel is very good. It has 3 different pools and a shallow one which it's great for the kids. The food in the restaurant is very good and has a great variety. Good entertainment during the day and at night for kids and parents. The room is spacious and clean, however, they may have a problem with the sewage as at times it was very smelly. Overall we would love to come again

Nice Hotel for chilling out but .............

The hotel is situated about a mile from Son Bou next to a national park. Lovely quiet location. The gardens are immaculately maintained. The room (Superior Junior Suite) was spacious and immaculate. The daily cleaner was very efficient. The king size bed was really comfortable. It is an Apart Hotel so we had a kitchen which proved useful. A supermarket adjoins the hotel which was handy although we were half board. All the staff were pleasant and helpful. It is a 4 star hotel. So what is the down side ? Whilst appreciating that FOOD is subjective we thought the food was sub standard for a 4 star hotel. It is served buffet style and like some other hotels we have stayed in it is difficult to keep food hot. Most of it was cold or at best luke warm, rarely hot. The (cold) desserts were however nice. If issues in the restaurant could be improved then this hotel could become a 5 star. A pity about the food. The entertainment was low key but Marco the Entertainments Manager was a gem. Also give praise to Moya Anibal who worked in the restaurant and bar. l

Nice hotel with beautiful garden and swimming pool. We had good breakfast with various food choices. Room was spacious and had air condition. Desk receptionists were always helpful. We had the possiblity to have a shower in the afternoon after the check out so we enjoyed the beach a bit longer on the last day

family holiday

Had a wonderful weeks stay, having chosen half board option with self catering apartment. Hotel in a wonderful location although without a hire car you possibly could struggle. Room was spacious enough for the three of us and the only gripe we could have would be no kettle or microwave but not a problem due to half board option. Room and parts of hotel probably ready for a bit of tlc but clean and comfortable so no issues really. Staff were all very friendly and helpful and we'd certainly return.

Fantastic family fun

This aparthotel is ideal for all families - young or older children. The shallow pool was ideal to sunbathe by with younger children as so safe; especially with added security of life guards. Also a small but adequate play frame on the grass area by the shallow pool to keep them occupied by going in between playing and swimming. Carlos from kids club was a god send and the children welcomed just a low key kids club of colouring and movies as made them feel more at home and gave them a break for the sun! We had a superior family room which was fantastic. i appreciate it was in one of the modernised blocks of apartments but cannot fault it really. The cleanliness of the room was brilliant as was our maid who made the beds daily and provided fresh towels each morning. We were half board, which meant we had breakfast and evening dinner provided. Breakfast was ideal, dinner was nice enough possibly a little repetitive and also not always piping hot due to the buffet nature of it. Dinner drinks also had to be paid for whereas breakfast was included. Also some more authentic spanish tapas would be appreciated in the evening food selection. Overall, we would definitely go back so that says it all as im a fussy one! :)

Monticelli's in Menorca

The rooms were cleaned daily. The towels changed daily and the bedding regularly. The pool area was superb, great for children and 2 lifeguards in attendance daily. The Kids club was also great and well used. The gardens also well kept and plenty of room to sunbathe or sit and read. The shuttle bus to the beach was every hour.
