Overall the apartment was OK, however, when I got up for work in the morning I realised there was no hot water coming out of any taps, being in a rush to get to work I had to make do without and just go to work. On arrival at work I contacted reception to inform them. Upon receipt of my feedback, a guy called Stephen was reluctant to help in any way, rather, he informed me that because I didn't notify them at the time (which as much as I would like to waste my morning waiting for a maintenance man, I was already delayed having waited for hot water which never came out of the tap) they could do nothing, furthermore, he then went on to suggest that I was fabricating the whole thing and making it up as their 'maintenance man' had been to the apartment and suggested all was OK with the hot water - again, I don't have the time to waste sending feedback if I don't think it is necessary and nor do I have the desire to purposefully not have a shower for the sake of sending feedback but apparently the hot water had miraculously come on in the hour from my departure to arriving at work. Appalling customer service and complete lack of understanding.
