Had an overall poor experience here - my room was dirty on arrival, holes all over the carpet, hair and stains in the bathroom. The only ok thing about this hotel is the location; you are walking distance from many restaurants and things to do in the area. Staff was not helpful at all during check in, they just gave me my key and said the room number and didn’t offer me any other information. If you can spend a little extra to stay somewhere else, it is worth it.

This hotel offers wonderful service in a great location. Staff went above and beyond to help us get a taxi during a very congested time. They also provided excellent guidance during our stay. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel was located within walking distance of Forbidden City, Tiennemen Sq, a subway station and plenty of shops and dining options. Inside the hotel was quiet and safe. The room was spacious and had a good bed with soft mattress. It was kept clean and front desk was helpful. I would return here for sure next trip.

The location of this hotel is pretty good - it's close to the Forbidden City (20 to 30 minutes walk). Generally it's a historical and very mature hotel - nothing fancy. The room was clean but only had the inside view of the restaurant. Staff was reasonably friendly. The areas around is very safe and plenty of restaurants to choose from. Subway is about 10-15 minutes walk.

The location of the hotel is perfect . It is close to the subway, restaurants and points of interest. I would have given 5 stars had it not been for the lack of warmth and friendliness of the staff. They do not smile at all nor do they greet the guests as they enter and exit the hotel (which should be a standard). They do provide assistance when requested and I was very satisfied with the assistance provided but a friendly demeanor goes a long way and doesn't cost extra!
