Bathroom wasn't the cleanest and the bed was a little uncomfortable. I stayed in the same hotel previously though and things were a lot better so it may have just been the room i was given on this occasion.

The staff here were all friendly and helpful - 5 stars for staff. The security and convenience of the parking garage was excellent- 5 stars. The breakfast and lobby were very good for the price - one of the best breakfasts I have ever had at a hotel. 5 stars for breakfast and lobby. The problem was the room: The room was very hot - you cannot significantly adjust the room temperature. Front desk confirmed this. I was miserably hot and could not sleep - 1 star. The curtains on the window were falling off - a 5 foot section had fallen off before our arrival and this is how they introduced us to the room. Also the beds were very soft and lumpy so no proper comfort or back support - 3 stars for the beds. Finally the “floating” night stand on one side of bed was broken and hanging down at an angle rather than flat, so between this and the large curtains hanging off of the window it just felt rundown and not cared for- it was a negative ambiance in the room.

Sehr gefallen hat uns die gute Anbindung sowohl an die Autobahn als auch an die Züge. Dadurch war es aber laut.
Beim Einchecken hätten wir die Information wertvoll gefunden, dass das Parken in der Tiefgarage 20 €/Nacht kostet. Diesen Hinweis haben wir erst auf Anfrage erhalten. Sonst alles top im Zimmer, gegessen haben wir im Hotel nicht.

Schön Großes und helles Zimmer.
Das dritte Bett war allerdings nicht so bequem da es nur eine Schlafcouch war. Für kleinere Kinder mag das in Ordnung sein , aber für eine 17 Jährige dann doch etwas unpassend.
Leider war das Schloss an der Badtüre defekt so das man sie nur anlehnen konnte.
Das Frühstücksbuffet hatte ein sehr
reichhaltiges Angebot das sehr lecker war.
Das Personal war sehr freundlich.
Schade das das Parken extra berechnet wird. Durch die Baustelle direkt daneben war es fast nicht möglich in der Nacht einen Parkplatz zu finden .

Sehr positive finde ich, trotz des Zinmers direkt zu den Gleisen, war es immer sehr leise, man hat den Zugverkehr nicht wahrgenommen. Das Personal war stets freundlich.

Das Hotel und auch das Zimmer sowie das Personal waren absolut in Ordnung.
Leider waren im Zimmer wenig Möglichkeiten Kleidung in Regale zu legen. So standen 2 Reisetaschen während unseres 3-tägigen Urlaub im Zimmer herum.

Die Lage, Zimmer und Preis waren super. Das Personal sehr freundlich.
Leider war das Bett bzw. die Matratzen sehr durchgelegen und haben die Federn gespürt obwohl wir nicht unbedingt schwer sind.
Das Frühstücksbuffet war leider nur Ok und für 18Euro pro Person sein Geld nicht wert. Es gab kein Obst, das Aufback-Baguett war innen noch völlig gefroren und auf die Frage hin ob wir ein Omelett oder ein paar Spiegeleier haben können, wurden wir nur entsetzt angeschaut.
Für eine Nacht war das Hotel ganz gut.

Alles hat gepasst. Am liebsten wären wir als Familie länger geblieben. Aber wir mussten uns leider auf den Weg machen. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Und das Zimmer hat schon gepasst. Nur hätte das
Sofabett für mene Töchter schon sehr unbequem sein können, wenn beide nicht sehr dünn gewesen wären. Ich als ältere Person über 80kg hätte definitiv nicht auf dem Sofabett schlafen können. Und wenn meine Töchter um die 10-15kg mehr gewogen hätten, wären die kleineren Alternativen nichts für beide gewesen.
Aber ansonsten hat alles super gepasst.
