Nice pit stop between Phoenix and Albuquerque
Great stay. Convenient location. Cold climate. Very warm room. Only comment: checkin staff rather cold and inpersonal. A nice greeting and a fake smile would had been better than none. Dont know what his relationship to property but he seemed bored out of his mind and it showed.

Extremely noisy room. A/C was noisy, fridge was noisy. Extremely hard mattress with noisy metal bed frame. Breakfast... what hot Breakfast? The only thing hot was waffles. The only thing cold was cereal & muffins. No juice, didn't see milk, no water. Only coffee to drink. Very disappointed.

The staff members are always professional, attentive, and helpful. The owner and his staff work diligently to meet the needs of hotel guests and at keeping the property clean. Everything was grest other then the tv kept turning off and when it stayed on it would freeze up about every 15 sec or so ans make it hard to watch tv so i turned it off for my stay Also there were a ton of ants in the bathroom but after i went and i went to the store and got spray they never came back

Although the property is not walkable to close by eateries, I felt completely safe on the property from the time of check--in. The front desk staff, Adrienne was very personable, kind, considerate, and gracious in his interactions with me. Overall, I would give my stay a rating of 10 out of 10. Best motel in the US!
I'm a traveler from Japan and stayed here three times during my stay in the US. I've stayed at a lot of motels but this one is my favorite. The rooms are very clean and the staff are nice. In particular, the front desk staff, who was probably Chinese, was very kind in explaining things to me, who is not good at English. I probably won't see him again, but I'll never forget him.

Value for money old style motel
Picture a motel from 2015. Cars parking outside the room. Fridge in room. Aircon by the window. You got this hotel. Staff are working hard. First impression terrible from the roadside from I40 but actually good when you park. Breakfast is standard and plentiful with sufficient seating. I really enjoyed the stay. TV not working, reception take 45 minutes but sort it. You know what you are getting, value for money.

Woke up at 2am being bitten and itching. My room had bed bugs or fleas. 2 days later I still have about 30 itchy large welts all over my body. Switched rooms at 4am. Awful experience.
