Very Disappointing Stay – Not Worth the Price
The front desk associate was the only friendly person we encountered during our stay. Service at the bars was terrible—at the long casino bar (by the big screens), we sat for 20 minutes without being acknowledged, while the female (with a messy bun)bartender immediately served a regular who arrived after us. We just got up and went to another bar, we then had to flag a gentleman (bald guy) down who also wasn’t approaching customers, our drink prices were inconsistent ($36 for two drinks vs. $22 for the same order later with a different bartender). —Bloody Mary and Bay Breeze for reference The valet service was overwhelmed, with only two associates handling about 40 cars, leading to about a 45 minute wait and making us late for our event. The worst part? After checking out on the tv, I noticed a bloodstain on the bedding—after already staying for two nights. I pulled all the bedding off so that I knew the next person would at least get clean sheets. And hopefully not go through what we did. For the luxury suite price of the room for two nights, we expected a lot better experience. We will absolutely not stay at Caesars again.
Notice this the morning of us checking out on the tv. I promise we were not the ones bleeding. 🤢
Took all the bedding off to make sure the next people who stay will hopefully get clean sheets.
Did have a good view.

Be sure where you’re actually booking
Booked at Caesars. Got there and they said they put me in the Harrahs tower. It’s quite dated, there’s no coffee available in the building, no shop for water or anything, no mini bars. Pretty sorry place to be totally honest, and the extremely misleading booking experience was just super weird and not transparent. Won’t book here again.

When we got to the hotel, we checked in and there were 4 dirty towels in the restroom. I think they forgot to clean the bathroom. I told the front desk and they did nothing. For the most part, our stay was good, but it’s not worth the money it costs to stay there.

My room did not have soap or shampoo. I had to run down a room service attendant to get those. My room did not have any bottled water whatsoever. Apparently the hotel itself had run out of water. They messed up my departure by claiming that I had not paid for Valet. Which was $65 a night extra charge since apparently my truck was higher than usual. I had to sit there and argue with the valet attendant and had to show her the charge on my credit card in order to take my vehicle. All in all. For being Such a high rated hotel. I was disappointed and will likely never stay there again.
