The staff could not have been friendlier or more helpful, from the start to our checkout we weee treated with grace and smiles and cheer and conversation. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. What a lovely space to stay. And Nelligans was delicious and had delightful cocktails and equally wonderful staff!

8/10 Very good

Location was perfect for a game at University of Limerick. Flew in from NY and was able to get an early check in (for €25), which was most appreciated. Staff was professional and accommodating. Dinner in adjoining restaurant was very good and bar afterward was a big plus. Will stay again (even on this trip). Parking availability and ease appreciated. Had fire alarm go off in middle of night but that could happen anywhere. Situation remedied promptly. Would recommend.

6/10 Good

Overall, my day was ok. Check-in staff was good and the restaurant/bar was nice. Breakfast in the morning was really good and the bed was comfortable. Definitely a bit noisy for my liking and I know they’re doing construction so like I woken up pretty early. Woke up a few times in the night by loud noises going on in the hotel.

My dad couldn’t stop raving about this place. He loved the build of the lodge hotel. Our toilet wasn’t working properly, and the manager came late at night to give us an upgrade. Such friendly staff, and Nelligan’s has a delicious menu!
