I usually don't complain about hotels or rental cars because there is nothing to complain about. I have to say I was locked out of my room several times. Upon returning to the hotel, the key card was not working(AGAIN) when I returned to the front desk on September 7—NO front desk clerk. After about an hour, call the local number to hear it ringing. We then try the number one the hotel website and they, too, could not raise the Front desk agent. Only for the agent to come off the elevator with a slice of cake in her hand and quote," I had an issue with two TVs in two rooms." That is by no means of service. To top it off, I asked to change the rooms because of how the current room looked and smelled. Im sorry I will not return to this location.
