Kinda a confusion on the check in and how many days we were staying ! So was locked out of our room ! Went to desk and gentleman figured it out ! The woman the day before was very rude as all she said was that is how we do things ! First cheque in put $33. On my credit card for damages and then next day a $377 was put on my credit card ! Just inquired about the charge and she was not very helpful ! Like no customer service !other than that all was good

Towels would be nice.
Loved the idea of the spa but no towels either morning for the whole pool…and no one seemed to think this an issue. Rooms were good - beds comfortable but snow blower outside the room at exactly 7:00 am was not great. Would never pay these prices to be cold, wet and tired again.

The spa was nice room was in poor condition. They have some rooms that are renovated and on your web site says ( newly renovated). Ours needed to be renovated when I ask at the front desk I was told sense I booked through hotel.com we were put in there old rooms!! Go figure!!

Great but glass glasses please
Liked it The hot pool was an amazing way to spend the evening . Hotel was nice room clean etc.. only complaint was the small plastic glasses in the room , serious ? Would it hurt to put a couple glass glasses to have a drink in ? Crazy for a “ resort “ . The pub -Bobby’s place “ across the street was awesome !

Loved our stay as a family
We had an amazing time. The pool was so clean, warm, and quiet. The staff in the pool area were friendly, helpful at enforcing the rules, and always available. The change rooms and washrooms were well equipped and comfortable, very clean too. The snacks at the side of the pool were really tasty and there were good healthy options. The room was very spacious and well equipped. Loved having a keurig coffee machine in the room for a quick cup in the morning. The bedding was soft and clean. The floors were clean, bathroom was too. The robes were amazing! The only drawbacks were as follows: Our tv remote had some buttons that didnt work (had to type channel numbers instead of up/down), the blinds didnt lift up/down or tilt well using the cords and we had to fiddle with them lots and manually yank on them to adjust them. The ottoman for the armchairs was very grubby, enough that I didnt let my kids touch it. Overall we will absolutely be back and are hoping to stay 2 nights next time, not just 1, to get the full pool experience!
