I booked for 9 people, 2 families, 4 adults and 5 kids. They provided 3 rooms, fitting 1 or 2 adults per room. Not the best idea if the family wanta to stay together. The rooms were clean, but very minimalistic and tiny. Reception was servicing french speaking guests first, then the rest. One of the rooms was not prepared for our arrival. I would never come back as a family, however i might stay as a single person.

The door didn't close without us slamming it, some staff were very friendly but others were quite rude and didn't tell us when the breakfast buffet moved next door until we came downstairs and reception was locked so we knocked until someone answered. The area around the hotel is lovely but the hotel itself isn't the best. It's old, with black mold in the shower railing, orange soap scum staining the curtain and poor ventilation, even worse AC. Says the soap etc is included but provided only one hand soap which was poorly functioning as the bag inside the dispenser was broken. If you like lizards we did see one outside though, very cute.

Expérience très décevante.

Hôtel économique aux prestations qui ne valent pas mieux que le prix payé. Salle de bain mal nettoyée à notre arrivée. Malgré notre demande via la messagerie HOTELS.COM d'avoir si possible une chambre dans la partie la plus calme et silencieuse de l'établissement notre chambre faisait partie des plus bruyantes (Route 4 voies à proximité). Lors du check in il n'était pas encore 19h00 nous avons demandé à avoir une autre chambre et la réception nous indique que cela n'est pas possible sous prétexte que c'est complet ce soir là. Pourtant tous les check in n'était pas fait à 19h00 ! De plus, alors que l'hôtel affiche que les paiements sont possibles via chèques vacances ANCV classique et Connect la réception refuse que je paie avec ces derniers car j'ai réservé via HOTELS.COM et non en direct avec l'hôtel ou le site web PREMIÈRE CLASSE ! Pareil, alors que ma carte American express fonctionne très bien, paiement impossible dans cet établissement ! Le gérant m'écrit même qu'il s'agit d'un problème lié à ma carte de paiement...ce qui est faux! Bref, habitué des hôtels de cette chaîne, cet établissement en particulier est loin d'être à la hauteur des autres établissements économiques de la chaîne première classe que ce soit pour l'attention donnée aux clients et en particulier si vous avez réservé via une autre application ou site web que celle de cette chaîne hôtelière ! Les clients HOTELS.COM sont des "sous clients" ici. Si vous n'avez pas d'autre choix mais pas plus .

Chambre très petite, vétuste, on sentait l'air de dehors dans la chambre et on entendait tous les voisins: à côté, au dessus, dehors ....sans parler des portes qui sont obligées d'être claquer pour fermer ! Pour couronner le tout pas de réception ce jour là obligé de gérer avec l'hôtel d'en face!

Pour une nuit c'est convenable. Bonne literie mais tout est à rénover. Porte ferme difficilement. Rideau de douche colle à la peau. À 5h du matin des gens au téléphone parlent devant les portes. Peu d'isolation. Heureusement que ce n'est pas cher !

L'enregistrement heure tardive à la borne simple et pratique.. chambre ça va..par contre pas de chance les oreillers tachés n'avaient pas de housse et une seule serviette pour deux.. c'est dommage.. j'ai su le lendemain lors du petit déjeuner que j'aurai pu demander à l'hôtel d'à côté que j'aurai pu avoir ce qui manquait car présence d'un gardien.. donc ne pas hésiter à téléphoner au numéro d'urgence près de la borne..
