Best staff ever!
We were very pleased with our stay! From the second we pulled up, after a long road trip and arriving close to midnight, the staff was so hospitable. Helping us bring our luggage in while it was pouring rain. Past the entrance doors we were greeted by the most gracious reception members and we felt at ease immediately. My husband and i are very low key, low maintenance type of travelers and love to do what the locals do, the concierge (so sad we forgot his name) was the friendliest, with the best recommendations and helped our stay be spectacular. Sadly we got colder weather so didn’t get a chance to enjoy the pool but the views from our sea view room was amazing!! We will definitely book a stay here again and recommend to all who are looking to visit the area! Room was clean and to our humble liking :) thank you so much to the Hermitage for a wonderful stay!

Great hotel with on site restaurant! We had a view on sea and Vesuvius from our balcony. Food was delicious. The hotel had a free shuttle to Sorrento. The pool was a plus. Rooms are spacious and clean. We had a great time staying there. I would definitely recommend this hotel

The location was perfect! Close to everything and a small town where you can get food and drinks. Downtown Sorrento is also very close. Full breakfast was a plus, the view from the hotel and rooms is amazing. The place was amazing with amazing views of Sorrento and the Amalfi coast. The staff were super helpful with all the questions we had about what to do around the area. We loved the town of Pontone near by. I can’t emphasize enough how awesome the staff was!

Nice hotel up on the hills and the view from our room was amazing and the service from the front desk to the breakfast area and the shuttle driver and waiters very helpful We are really thankful to Nello at the front desk for helping us to book all the tours. We really enjoy everything Capri, Amalfi and Positano tours. The restaurants close to the hotel and the ones at Sorrento town amazing food and the little stores in the town. We highly recommend this hotel.

Nice hotel. If you are young and you would like to enjoy night life in Sorrento then this hotel is not for you. The bus to hotel from town takes 25 minutes, and the last but from bus station leaves at 10:15 pm. It is a good hotel for seniors, or families. That was my only issue that I really would like to enjoy city and I could not due to distance of hotel to city.
