I got in late from driving all day and it was a lovely oasis on the way. Room was clean, smelled good. Very nice. A little plane noise after 7 am but all else was safe, quiet and lovely.

The pillows are as flat as pancakes so bring your own! The place was clean overall and decent for a one night stay. The elevators were due for inspection in June and we stayed in September… so definitely an issue there.

The check-in process was really quick. The staff was very helpful & friendly. There is easy parking. The hotel was located in a really good place where restaurants, shopping areas and grocery stores for within a 2 to 3 mile radius.

6/10 Good

The property is clean, beautiful, newly remodeled and conveniently located. The gentleman at the front desk at check-in was very nice. Parking was ample. Unfortunely, our refrigerator was not cool, and the replacement brought to our room was even worse. Also, despite multiple signs requesting quiet hours, we were awakened at 2:30 am by loud music coming from a neigboring room. Although there was a restauarant, there was no free coffee in the lobby in the morning which most hotels in this category do provide. There are multiple hotel options in the area and we will be staying somewhere else the nex time we are in the area.

There was construction on the roads which made it very messy entering the building however room and service was good.

Chiquita Was Amazing, This Was The Best Customer Service I’ve Ever Had. She Made Sure We Were Okay Going In Or Going Out Of The Facility. Her Greet Made You Want To Stay. So Overall She’s The Reason Our Stay Turned Out Perfect.

Ms. Jasmine had excellent customer care at the counter. Our shuttle driver was helpful. They have shuttle service to airport. You can leave car parked while on a round trip. I will definitely be staying again when we fly out of Savannah.

The check in and staff were amazing. Problem was the lobby was updated but not the room. I made the mistake of taking a room on the 1st floor. Had to deal with some roaches that could’ve come in thru the back door as the room was right next to it. Safe area no problems getting in and out.

I will have to admit as we were driving up, I was like “oh no this doesn’t look like the pictures.” But after going inside it was everything you expect from a Double. Nicely kept, friendly staff, onsite bar/restaurant, airport shuttle, and comfortable room. So it would have been 5 Stars but the outside of the building could use some TLC.
