Happy with our stay

Great amenities and thats about it. Front staff was horrible, one guy was reading comics and listening to music while there was people waiting to be served. Another guy was too busy on his phone i swear i almost walked away from the store with drinks because he was too busy on his phone to check me out. Water pressure in the shower also sucks, it feels like i was being rained on if anything.

Hotel was great as well as the hot tub. However when sitting and drying off I was attacked by ants! They were everywhere on me and my stuff. Completely gross and itchy! Also not happy that my card was charged twice and when I called the front desk from my room she said it was because I checked out. Clearly I did not check out, I was calling from my room. She claims one of the charges will drop off in 3-10 business days! Very disappointed

The service was awesome. The room was huge and very clean. The area was easy to get to and quiet. My only complaint was that there was so much chlorine in the hot tub that my eyes started burning while sitting in it and I couldn't use it

Kind, clean, but uncomfortable

Overall had a good time at my stay. Room was clean and generously sized. Rest of the hotel was well kept and clean. Staff was kind and approachable. Only downside was that the beds were incredibly uncomfortable. I tried laying different ways and even used extra pillows to try and make it work and I could barely lay for more than 30 min before my back would hurt and I'd have to sit back up. I'm not usually one to find fault in anything but my traveling companion had the same issue with the other bed as well.
