Hotel was in a good location and the terrace connected to our room was nice overlooking Prague. Customer service was average and there were issues with the showers in both bathrooms. Fix your plumbing. Building works going on which was noisy in the morning. Cleaning could have been better.

"I recently stayed at Hotel LEON D ORO (19 January to 24 January 2025 and was disappointed with the treatment I received at reception from Olga. When I brought up an issue about the cold temperature in my room, the staff dismissed my concerns in a rude and unhelpful manner. Instead of offering a solution, I felt ignored and undervalued as a guest.I have been freezing in the room,was 18 degrees. She was telling me to check the radiator. But every time was feeling cold. Luckily wes night I have asked the receptionist for some blankets, duvets and he was kind to give me which help a bit with the cold. My partner get really ill because off the cold from the room. However hotel has a good location and breakfast young lady's was really nice. Good customer service is essential, and I hope the management takes steps to ensure all guests are treated with respect. Unfortunately, this experience negatively impacted my stay.

Loved this hotel!
We spent 5 nights at this hotel and loved it. Location is amazing, walking distance to all main attractions and around the corner from a metro station. Room was very spacious and everything was perfectly clean. It was also very warm, considering that it's mid January and it's really cold outside. Check in was easy and check out even easier. Dining area is large, no issue to find a table, and breakfast was just amazing! A lot of different food options every morning, both sweet and savory and it's constantly replenished. Every one was nice and we would definitely go back again.

Little gem close to old town square
We stayed at the top floor with the suite with 2 double beds and roof top patio. Were were at Prague to celebrate New Year’s Eve. The hotel was only 2 blocks from old town square and makes everywhere walkable. Breakfast was generous and selections were great. Would definitely stay here again.

A great place to stay in Prague
Great 2 day stay in this hotel which is in the centre of Prague so everything is within walking distance. The welcome at reception on arrival was superb no issues, the hotel looked after our bags upon arrival and on the departure day. We had breakfast at the hotel which had a variety of food available, cereal, fruit, hot food, cold meats, cheese, croissants etc. '
