Beware of the toxic air and water

The bed was the only redeeming feature in the hotel, however the sheets and duvet were so scant extra blankets were requested just to have the proper weight to induce sleep. The small refrigerator froze all of the fresh snacks carefully prepared for the river kayak trip. The air conditioner was intermittently noisy (no consistent ambient white noise) that I lost the first night of sleep until I purchased ear plugs to allow sleep. And then I took a shower - and looked up to see a corroded moldy scary shower head. This hotel needs a big renovation.

We booked a Suite King bed, but it’s not until we got there when we were told it was not dog-friendly. We were given a standard king bed room instead at the same rate we paid for the suite. The hotel only credit us 15 dollars for the pet fee. Also, the showerhead broke off while I was in the middle of my shower.

Don’t stay or eat here.

The hotel is old and I bit worn but the staff were helpful and friendly. The casino was horrible. None of the 5 fake restaurants had real food, just all deep fried bar food. Every fake restaurant was out of half their menu items. The place is not as advertised and not worth the trip off the beaten path of Vegas.

Quiet, fun and great before/after a river trip.

This hotel and casino was clean, staff super friendly and convenient for our needs. Rooms (upper levels) were nice and the bed comfy. And very reasonably priced. The hotel is older so there were some small issues like shower not draining well, but overall ... I'd stay there again.

Overall okay!

Our stay here was okay! The rooms/property is definitely out dated however seemed clean for the most part. Shower head could have been upgraded. Free coupon for coffee was given for no coffee machine in rooms. We had trouble washing our clothes at the laundry room because the hotel did not provide detergent and the general store didn’t have any either. Some things were confusing as far as where to go - players club had no workers to help us. Microwaves in rooms was a plus and we got upgraded upon arrival! We decided not to have food there as everything was frozen food and nothing fresh. No fruit in general store. Overall okay! Service was slow and friendly staff.

The staff was very nice and they have a shop with snack and drinks that is open late, or perhaps all night! There is a trail to the lake from the parking lot and a view of the lake from some rooms. Great spot for visiting the lake and dam, and close enough to Vegas for a visit. I would stay here again!

Front desk staff were very friendly. No services were given (housekeeping is every 3 days). As we were leaving our room, the cleaning staff was in the hall way. They asked if we needed anything We requested 3 towels. Upon our return, no towels had been left.
